The document management module facilitates the secure and compliant management of your agency’s important records. The module includes our integrated bonus software, Docutrail®. Docutrail® features optical character recognition, high-level encryption, file versioning and more. It’s also compatible with any file type to ease the burden on clients.

Legal

The legal module serves a complete legal management system. The module indexes a variety of essential functions, from garnishee information and attorneys to work lists for interacting with legal workflows. Client Portal

Consumer Portal

Consumers are provided with a channel for self-service with ARTrail’s consumer portal.  This module lets consumers perform various actions on their accounts, from making payments and checking balances to submitting disputes. Secure communication channels for email, chat, and a convenient mobile app all offer consumers 24/7 account access while freeing agents from unnecessary and routine calls.

Workflow

The workflow module is truly revolutionary.  Featuring a straightforward dashboard for workflow monitoring and management, and a user-friendly designer with drag-n-drop editing capabilities, creating and executing workflows has never been easier.
