Sneak Peek: ARTrail Consumer Profile Screen

Designed with the day-to-day needs of collection agencies in mind, ARTrail’s user-friendly GUI promotes improved consumer relations and more efficient account management.  In today’s post, we are going to provide a sneak peek of the user interface by way of the Consumer Profile screen.  The screen consolidates all of an agents needs into one window.

We understand that ease of use equates to higher productivity so we took care to design the screen agents use most in a way that would facilitate account navigation.  This meant putting all the essentials at the agent’s fingertips. Minimizing search time improves call handling times and attention to the caller.

The upper left of the Consumer Profile screen supplies the agent with all the basic profile information for the consumer: from address and date of birth to language preference.

To the right of the consumer profile data are tabs which offer more detailed information. Agents can quickly access employer and asset data, alternate contact and co-guarantor information, as well as view account notes.  Additionally, the legal status of an account is clear at a glance.

The far right section provides straightforward account details.  Here agents are given a quick reference for the status of the consumer’s accounts; the number of accounts, payments details, principal balance and more. A calculator feature allows agents to quickly answer consumer’s questions concerning payments, interest, and the life of their account.  This also allows agents to put a plan into effect, set up an recurring arrangment, or pay off the account balance.

The bottom of the consumer profile screen provides a variety of tabs that allow agents to access extensive account information. As you can see from the image above, each tab allows the agent to drill down into a specific aspect of the consumer’s accounts: account inventory, legal status, comment history, skip tracing, transactions, current workflows and more!
